I had a serious fall I and subsequently broke my right tibia and fibula in many places and as a result I needed 3 operations to fix my leg. Vanessa helped enormously with my recovery and confidence as I needed to learn how to walk again and it was because of her knowledge and expertise on the bio mechanics of the leg , together with the acupuncture she used to release tightened muscles and the orthotics that she designed and had made for me ensured that I was able to walk with confidence again. I Have been seeing Vanssa Ng for very painfull Achillies Tendonitis.I can not say how much my life has changed now that we are at the end of my treatment.I have found Vanssa and her wonderful staff so helpfull and caring that I have referred family and friends to Innovation Podiatry and like me can not speak more highly off them .With my new Orthotics and my Tendonitis. Thank you Innovation Podiatry. I went to see Vanessa after suffering from a burning foot which flared up while I was riding. After a few sessions, my foot is 100% and the burning pain has totally gone away. The big one for me though was the help with my running. I use to pull up really, really sore after runs, but after a session with Vanessa and a tinker with my running shoes, my running is not only pain free, but has improved significantly. It has made a massive difference and has allowed me to be able to do more kms and at a faster pace!! Thanks Vanessa for helping me qualify for Kona twice now. I went to see Vanessa after getting shin splints training for a marathon. After a few sessions and a running clinic, Ness was able to identify the problem and help to resolve the issue, and change my running style to reduce fatigue and be able to run longer distances. As a runner herself, she understood that stopping running was not an option, and found solutions to help. -Marc
